Dr Len Kliman is one of Melbourne’s most experienced and respected gynaecologists, specialising in vulval and vaginal skin disorders and diseases, and has over three decades of experience in the field of low risk and high-risk pregnancies. With a long list of accreditations and qualifications, Dr Len has vast experience both here and overseas and has completed all of his medical training in Melbourne.
Dr Kliman won a Commonwealth Scholarship from The University of Melbourne and graduated from there in 1977. He was a Resident Medical Officer at The Royal Melbourne Hospital for two years. He completed his Obstetric and Gynaecology training at The Royal Women’s Hospital and then spent two years at The Royal Hampshire County Hospital in the United Kingdom.
In 2017, Dr Kliman received a Medal of the Order of Australia for service to medicine in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology. With highly regarded skills in obstetrics, gynaecology and fertility, he also tutors trainee obstetricians and gynaecologists for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. To date, Dr Kliman has delivered over 20,000 babies.
